Presidents
Allie Shaffer (Martin Players President), is a senior and is overjoyed to be a part of Martin Theatre's department since freshman year. She is starting her senior year with her 10th show at Martin as Stage Manager for Dearly Departed. She was last seen working backstage for Martin's UIL One Act Play 2020: Equus. She is excited to help run this department in the time of the unknown and is hoping to make this year the best it can be!

Brooklyn Lankford (Thespian President) is a senior and has been a part of Martin Theater since her sophomore year. She has been a part of 7 shows total. She was last heard as Sound Designer for Martin’s UIL One Act Play 2020: Equus. Even with all of the unknown, she is super stoked to serve the department this next year!

Vice Presidents
Emma Walters (Martin Players Vice President), is a senior and is thrilled to be starting her fourth year in Martin Players. She has been involved in 12 productions and was last seen as House Crew Head for Black Box 2020. She is thankful to be able to continue with theatre in this crazy year and excited for what lies ahead.

Rian MacBride, a senior, is super hyped for his second year as a Martin Player. As the Thespian Vice President, he has been involved with theatre for all four years of his high school career, only joining the Martin Players after moving here from South Dakota last summer. Originally from Denver, CO. he has been involved in 8 shows, both on stage and off, and is hopeful to finish off his senior year strong! Along with theatre, he also played trumpet and French horn in band for 5 years, but stopped when he moved to focus more on other things.

Secretaries
Grace Lumpkin, the Martin Players Secretary, is a senior in her fourth year with Martin Players. She has been involved in 9 shows, and can’t wait to do more this year! As Secretary Grace is in charge of running the social media accounts and make sure everything stays up to date. Most recently Grace was the ASM for the One Act production of Equus. Grace is also involved in Martin Choir, Orchestra, NHS, and Academic Decathlon. Her bequeathals are Musical PowWow, Oshwanalo, and Snowman. Cant wait to see everyone again when it’s safe!

Ceili Chester, a Senior, is the Secretary for the Martin Thespians! She has been apart of this incredible department since day one of her Freshman year, and has participated in either cast or crew for 11 shows during that time! As a Secretary, she is in charge of keeping up with the website, and making it an amazing resource for the members of the department. Her favorite show that she has been apart of is the State Qualifying UIL production of Dancing at Lughnasa where she was recognized twice with Honorable Mention All-Star Cast awards for her part as Rose Mundy. She is also apart of the Martin Chorale Choir, and outside of school works as a Preforming/Party Princess and Superhero for birthday parties. In the future, she plans to be a working Actor, and eventually, a High School Theatre teacher!

TREASURERs
Alyssa Hart, the Martin Players Treasurer, is very excited for her fourth and final year as a Martin Player! She has been involved in 4 shows at Martin, working predominantly on the props crew. Alyssa most recently worked as the props crew head for Martin's 2019-2020 UIL One Act Play: "Equus”. After she graduates, Alyssa plans to continue working in technical theatre by pursuing a degree in Theatrical Production and Design. She's excited to see what this unique year will bring and is determined to make it fantastic!

Megan Toper, senior, is the Martin Players Thespian Treasurer and is super pumped to be an officer for the upcoming school year. Megan has been in six shows at Martin both doing tech and acting. Her credits include The Crucible, Godspell, A Midsummer Nights Dream, Chicago, and The Wolves. She was last seen as the assistant director for What Happened in Syracuse, NY in the Black Box 2020 series. Megan is also Vice President of the choir program. She can’t wait to help make this school year one we’ll never forget!
